Where are your products made?
All of our products are proudly designed and printed in the United States using high-quality materials.
Ordering & Payment
How can I place an order?
You can shop directly on our website. Simply browse our collections, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. We’ll take care of the rest!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please email us at hello@happippl.co with your order number, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We only offer domestic sales & shipping within the contiguous United States as of now. We do not offer sales or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or other U.S. territories.
How much does shipping cost?
- Free standard shipping on orders $75 and up!
- Standard shipping (2-5 business days) costs are calculated based on total order weight. Actual timelines depends on the carrier and your location.
- We offer 4 flat rate shipping (based on weight) options:
- 0–1 lbs for $10; 1-3 lbs for $12.00; 3 lbs and above for $14
Do you offer RUSH shipping?
Yes, we do! We offer 1 flat rate based on weight for rush shipping (1-2 business days). Our Rush Shipping service uses trusted carriers like but not limited to USPS Priority Mail Express, UPS 2nd Day Air, and FedEx 2Day to deliver your package within 1–2 business days after it has shipped.
Please note, rush shipping does not include processing time, which typically takes 1–3 business days.
This means while we prioritize shipping speed, your order may take a few days to process before being handed off to the carrier. Thank you for understanding, and we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible!

- Delivery Estimates: While most deliveries occur within 1–2 business days, actual timelines depend on the carrier and your location.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days. Rush shipping typically takes 1-2 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package and see its estimated delivery date.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please note that custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@happippl.co within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on availability. Please read our full Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.
Product-Specific Questions
Are your products customizable?
At this time, we do not offer custom or personalized designs. However, we’re always exploring new ideas, so stay tuned!
What are the dimensions of your cards?
Depends on the product! We are working to launch new card sizes in the New Year. Currently, our note cards are A2 size (5.5" x 4.25") and come folded. The inside is blank with a small design.
What type of paper do you use?
Depends on the product, but for our A2 size cards, we use premium, high-quality paper that feels smooth and sturdy, perfect for both writing and gifting. Each product will have its own “Card Info” tab in the product description, providing details on that specific product.
Do your cards come with envelopes?
Yes! Each card comes with a blank white euro flap envelope, making it easy to send or gift. Future cards will come with envelope color options and designs as upgrades!

Do you have gift cards?
Yes, we offer digital gift cards in various denominations. Gift cards are delivered by email and can be redeemed at checkout.
- Please note: All digital gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. Treat your gift card code like cash, as lost or stolen codes cannot be replaced.
