Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Happippl products, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Final sale items or special promotions.
  • All digital gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. Treat your gift card code like cash, as lost or stolen codes cannot be replaced.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email us at hello@happippl.co with your order number, if damaged or defective - pictures of your product(s), and reason for the return.
  2. We’ll provide you with instructions on where to send your return.
  3. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@happippl.co with photos of the damage. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund, depending on availability.
